I will consider this goal complete when/if: I have shipped at least one package to an active soldier using anysoldier.com.
This goal is on my list because: I want to show appreciation for the people who keep our country free. Even though I personally do not agree with war, I am thankful for those who are willing to give their lives in support of the United States. Browsing through the site, I saw one request by a female soldier for tampons because their exchange had run out. How horrible would it be to be in the middle of nowhere getting shot at and you don't even have you basic needs met? It's not too much to take some time out of my day to put together a package of everyday items and send them to someone who actually needs them.
