055 - Write down EVERYTHING I eat for a week

I will consider this goal complete when/if: I record every single thing I eat (even if it's just a single goldfish) for one week (7 days). At the end of this week, I will sit down and analyze my findings.

This goal is on my list because:I need to start paying attention to my diet. I'm not getting the proper nutrition I need and I don't think enough about what I put into my body. This exercise will force me to become more aware of what I am eating and hopefully help me make some changes.
