This goal is on my list because: I'll be honest and say I have no idea what my typing speed is right now. I had to go through a typing test when I applied for a job at my local courthouse last year and I know my score is what helped me get an interview, but I don't think it was too impressive. I don't type properly with my fingers on all the right keys, so ideally this goal will force me to learn to do that to increase my speed.
Notes: I just used typingtest.com to find out that (as of 01/03/10) I have a typing score of 94 WPM. I will practice and test again on this same website in the future.
