I will consider this goal complete when/if: I successfully avoid fast food for one month (30 consecutive days).
This goal is on my list because:I've started eating out so much in the past year. I'm starting to rely on fast food as meals multiple times a week which is not only unhealthy, it's making me gain weight. One caveat to this is that one night a week my boyfriend's parents take us (and the rest of his family) out to a nice restaurant to eat. This isn't technically "fast food" anyway, but I just want to make it clear that while I won't consider this a deviation from my goal, I won't be eating out any other times during my 30 days.
